25% Discount on Flood Insurance Premiums Now Available to Mantoloking Residents
The Borough of Mantoloking recently announced that residents of the town are now eligible to receive a 25% discount on their flood insurance premiums. Please see the details and link below for further information.
“Community Rating System (CRS) – CLASSIFICATION RATING 5; PREMIUM DISCOUNT 25%:
The Borough has achieved a rating of Class 5 under the Community Rating System (CRS) as offered through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Flood Insurance Program, resulting in a total premium reduction of 25% for policyholders within the Borough effective October 2013. Please provide this document from the NFIP Flood Insurance Manual, updated October 2013, as support of the Borough’s revised CRS Classification when reviewing flood insurance policies with your insurance agent/adjuster.”
