We hope that you enjoyed the extended 4th of July holiday, and that you are having a good summer so far! The market in Bay Head and Mantoloking remains healthy and active - June was strong, and activity continues in July, though there has been a bit less activity in Mantoloking, since there is less inventory there. Overall, we are returning to a more balanced market - somewhat increased inventory, some homes are taking a bit longer to sell, and some are experiencing price reductions. Having said that, if a property is well priced, we continue to see multiple offer situations, with sale prices higher than asking prices. As always, if you have any questions, please ask.
