Falls has remained busy here in Bay Head and Mantoloking, and we hope that the same is true for you!
 
Our most recent closing in Mantoloking was the sale of our listing at 1401 Ocean Avenue, at a price of $6,900,000. In Bay Head, our most recent closing was at 50 Bridge Avenue, at a price of $2,000,000. We also had a number of other recent closings in other towns (Point Pleasant Beach, Brick, and Millstone!). Congratulations and thank you to our clients!
 
Our active listings continue to receive showings, and in some cases, offers. Looking at the market overall, inventory is up somewhat, and some homes are taking longer to sell - as a result, buyers have more choices, and can be a bit more selective. This is especially true in the higher segments of the market - eg - $5,000,000+. There is currently very little available in either town under $3,000,000.
 
Traditionally, strong market activity continues through Thanksgiving, and then typically cools somewhat through the holidays, and the dead of winter - though we commonly have transactions every month of the year.
