Market
As we've said before, though the market remains active, inventory is still far below normal levels (but happily, is increasing). Homes are selling, but inventory is holding steady - eg - one home sells, another comes on to take its place. As of this writing, there were 7 homes for sale in Mantoloking, and 7 in Bay Head. Recently, two oceanfront homes in Bay Head came on the market, and seem to be getting lot of interest. Bayfront inventory is especially low, with only three properties on the market. In addition to our new listings, mentioned above, there three other recent listings in Bay Head - 37 Egbert Street, 653 Lake Avenue, and 226 Osborne Avenue.
