We hope that you've stayed cool these last few days, and that you're looking forward to the 4th of July!
As you may know, beach replenishment has started in Bay Head, working north from Bridge Avenue towards Osborne Avenue. As of the 23rd, the beach was closed between Howe Street and Karge Street - by the time you read this, the beach will probably be closed between Karge and Osborne. If you want to see the "new" beach, it is accessible at Bridge Avenue. Happily, subject to weather, the work seems to be moving forward quickly! You can see two videos in the gallery.
Other News
Though summer has started, and both towns are busy, there is very little "new" news to share this month. Bay Head and Mantoloking both have their usual 4th of July events, and other activities scheduled, as you will see below.
Bay Head's Farm Market starts this Thursday (6/26), with hours of roughly 12 to 4pm. It continues on the same schedule throughout the summer, weather permitting.
For some summer fun, we've compiled a list of local fireworks displays, both on the 4th of July, and throughout the summer.
If you have a question about something in particular, please reply to this email, or call or text.

Market
The market in Bay Head and Mantoloking remained active in June, with a slight increase in inventory. The greatest amount of activity was at or below the $2,500,000 price point. Rentals have remained strong this season, with ourselves and our office renting a similar number of weeks as compared to 2024.
We also have a new listing to share at 340 Main Avenue - it is a classic Bay Head home with a front porch, large yard, and plenty of parking (asking $2,200,000). You can find all of the details here. In addition, we have a recent closing at 284 Osborne Avenue, Bay Head.
