We hope that your fall is off to a good start! All is well and busy here in Bay Head though the weather has cooled, and the town has quieted down a bit.
Beach replenishment continues in Mantoloking, with the section from Downer Avenue to the Brick border being complete. Work will soon resume near 1085 Ocean Avenue, working south to Herbert Street.
Mantoloking's garbage collection switches to the fall/winter schedule on October 1st - one pickup per week, on Tuesdays. Recycling is still picked up on Wednesdays, year-round. Bay Head's pick schedule also changes on October 1st.
The Bay Head Shark Run 5K ($35 entry fee) is Saturday, October 18th, and there is also a Kids Shark Color Fun Run ($25 entry fee) the same day. These events benefits the Bay Head Home & School Association - all of the details and registration information can be found here.
Mantoloking will be receiving dune grass for pickup or drop off on November 7th. If you are a Mantoloking oceanfront owner, please contact the borough hall to arrange for your allotment.

As you are likely aware, Bay Head's revaluation program continues. You will likely be contacted by an inspector asking to tour your home, if this has not already happened. All o the details can be found here.

August and September both enjoyed a strong market here in Bay Head and Mantoloking. We have had a number of recent closings, and have a number of listings that are under contract, and due to close soon. Our active listings continue to receive showings and offers.
Our most recent closings include 50 Bridge Avenue, Bay Head ($2,000,000), and 1401 Ocean Avenue, Mantoloking ($6,900,000).
